What we check
Your résumé and your answers in a short screening conversation. By phone or in your browser. The conversation covers your experience, when you can start and a few questions about the role.
What we score
Your résumé and your answers are scored against criteria the employer sets. The score helps the recruiter build a shortlist faster. A person always reviews the shortlist before anyone is contacted for next steps.
Who sees it
The hiring team of the organisation you applied to. They see your application, your résumé and a summary of the conversation. We do not sell your data. We do not share it outside the hiring process.
How long we keep it
While the role is open and a short time after. Then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
